<image:title>About - What to Expect: In-Season Throwing Structure and Arm Care This clinic is designed to support athletes while they are actively competing. Our staff will help guide each athlete’s week-to-week throwing and arm care plan, ensuring workloads stay appropriate and recovery remains a priority throughout the season. Bullpen Touchpoints and Mechanical Maintenance Athletes will throw controlled bullpens and work on their deliveries in a structured environment. Sessions focus on syncing mechanics, reinforcing efficient movement patterns, and providing simple reminders that help athletes stay consistent under game stress and fatigue. Weekly Planning and Accountability Each session provides clarity on what throwing, recovery, and arm care should look like between touchpoints. Athletes leave knowing exactly how to manage their arm heading into the next phase of competition. Arm Health, Recovery, and Durability A major emphasis is placed on arm care, stability, and recovery strategies that allow athletes to stay healthy through a long season. These routines are designed to be realistic, repeatable, and sustainable alongside team practices and games. Pitcher and Position Player Focus Pitchers will work on maintaining command, delivery consistency, and pitch quality, while position players will focus on keeping their arms live, accurate, and resilient throughout the season. Mental Check-Ins and Confidence Building In-season success requires more than physical readiness. Athletes will receive guidance on focus, confidence, and handling adversity, helping them approach competition with discipline and maturity. Small Group Environment This clinic operates in a small group setting to ensure hands-on coaching, individualized feedback, and a focused atmosphere that enhances learning and performance. Proven Development Environment Our programs have helped numerous athletes advance to college baseball, including multiple Division 1 commitments. This clinic continues that standard by supporting athletes during the most demanding phase of the year. Pricing $315 Additional Notes This program is designed to complement in-season competition, not interfere with team practices or games. Athletes will be grouped by age for appropriate instruction: 7th–9th grade and 10th–12th grade. Space is limited and registration is capped to maintain program quality. Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. For more details or to secure a spot, please sign up online. Questions can be directed to Jon at jonmoscot@gmail.com **Rain Policy: We make every effort to run each session, including in light rain, and only cancel in the event of severe weather. There are no refunds for weather-related cancellations. We’ll do our best to reschedule, but makeup dates cannot be guaranteed as players return to their high school teams at the start of 2026.</image:title>
